The information below is informing you as a customer of our terms and conditions on which we sell any of our products listed on any of our selling platforms. (The Jam Facebook page, Jam Clothing Uk Instagram Page or Jam Website) By choosing to purchase our products it indicates that you accept the terms and conditions laid out by this document. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, we advise not to be a consumer of Jam Clothing Uk.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Facebook. They provide us with a platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Section 1 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
1.1. We have made every effort to carefully photograph and use descriptions/specifications that we believe to be as true a representation of the products being sold. However, colour reproductions may differ on your chosen viewing device due to the pixelation and screen resolutions, therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system accessed by our consumers.
1.2. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
1.3. We do our best to keep all stock levels accurate and true to what is available. however, we cannot be held responsible if an item is no longer available. We will endeavour to update out stock availability promptly, to avoid disappointment. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
1.4. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
1.5. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 2 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
4.1. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at anytime. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
3.1. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you via direct Facebook message/ e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
3.2. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
3.3. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 4 - DELIVERY
4.1. Depending on the delivery option chosen, delivery periods given are expected guidelines only and not fixed terms of service.
4.2. Delivery fees, these are subject to package weight.Jam Clothing UK uses a courier company, Transglobal Express, to ensure all your purchases arrive it the quickest tie posible. We do not make ant profit from the courier service. All items should be delivered within 48hrs, you will be advised by the courier of expected delivery times. This istotally out of our control and we are not responsible for any delays on the part of the courier. However, we will make sure we investigate the delay to be best of our ability.
SECTION 5 - PAYMENT
5.1. All payments made to Jam Clothing UK are received securely via Direct Bank Transfer. All prices quoted on this page are in pounds sterling, exclude delivery charges and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
5.2. We cannot hold any items without full payment. We do not offer a tab service whereby you accumulate items and pay part or full payment at another time. All items must be paid for in full before delivery. NO CASH will be accepted on delivery.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS
6.1. We really hope that you love your new items from Jam Clothing Uk, however, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can send your items back to us. All returns must be accompnied by the origional reciept, as proof of purchase from jam clothing uk.
6.2. Items you wish to return, must reach us NO LATER THAN 14 WORKING DAYS from the date on the origional reciept. We cannot accept returns after this time has passed. It is your responsibility to return the items as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service. We recommend you send the items back via a trackable method such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
6.3. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, you will be asked to provide a certificate or receipt of posting from the Post Office as proof. We reserve the right not to refund if you are unable to provide a certificate of posting (or it arrives after the 14-working day deadline).
6.4. All returned items must:

Must not be soiled in anyway.
6.5. Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items, so it is important that they are returned to us in the condition it was purchased and with all tags still attached. If they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy, they will not be accepted for a refund and re-delivery of the refused return will be at the customer's expense.
6.6. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process (from receiving your returned items). We will not refund your original postage costs. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked.
6.6.1. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on hats, pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene strips have been removed.
6.7. All items sold as apart of a seasonal sale, flash sale or being marked down as reduced, are NOT eligible for return. They are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. By purchasing a sale item, you agree to these terms and there will no exceptions.
6.8. We are able to issue an exchange or credit note. All exchanges need to be for the same amount or more, with the difference to be paid immediately. All credit notes must be used within one month of date of issue.
Section 7 - Faulty Items
7.1. If your items are incorrect or faulty, please contact a member of the team on Jam.clothing.uk@gmail.com or via our Facebook page. If proven faulty we will refund you in full for the faulty garment only. The postage charge will not be refunded.
Jam Clothing Uk advises you to read and carefully follow the recommended washing instructions on each garment purchased, we will not be held liable if these are not followed.
To Conclude.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
We are committed to maintaining your privacy. Personal details are stored securely and will not be passed on to any third parties without seeking permission.
Jam Clothing UK reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services we offer at anytime and without notice.
These Terms and Conditions supersede any oral agreement made between us or representation of us.
